ICCPR = International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

This matter came up recently and I wanted to share this with the group, as this is consistent with what Boris stated previously, paraphrased, we are not to give up the Name, it is our Christ.  The name is a "thing" to "used" in commerce, it is not a bad thing.  This is just some more info.  The passport info from Copper Moonshine, I see as a little ify, but check out the youtube video, I believe it makes much sense.  But again, I believe the public officials should be operating under the rule of usufruct WITHOUT making a big deal about it as well, and we all know how this is working out.  LOL

Here is the youtube video

Here is the post from which I received and refer:

 Claiming your Rights. Changing the recognition.

http://eternallyaware.com/claiming-recognition.html

The first fundamental right and freedom you want to claim is your right to just that FREEDOM. The right to be free and not designated as a subject or servant, the fact that you are no longer to be recognized as a juridical person unless you choose to do so. The capacity or duties that you will perform or operate under through that designation is something you must decide. Most assume that

when they produce a claim for their intrinsic rights that they must abandon their juridical person completely. This is unwise and those who teach this are confused in their understanding of the person.

You should never claim anything that you can not back up in a court of law. I read many claims of rights on the internet and the content of the document is almost comical, if I was not reminded by my conscious that this is human being trying to express his or her rights. It saddens me to see the confusion that honest hungry men and women are under, what saddens me more is the reason for their confusion. No matter how good something sounds you have to make sure that what you are claiming is recognized by the opposite party and most important that you can defend the claims you are exercising.

[When I make a mark on it, its an autograph. When its in my trustee's possession its their signature.

I doubt they recognize a thumbprint (a mark) as either]

[Obviously I do not agree with all he writes, nor does Eileen];

Eileen;
I was relying on the ICCPR until a couple days ago a client informed me, with case cites, that we cannot claim the ICCPR because it is not "self-executing." Here is the meaning:

A self-executing treaty is a treaty that becomes judicially enforceable upon ratification. As opposed to a non-self executing treaty, which becomes judicially enforceable through the implementation of legislation. A treaty could be identified as either self executing or non-self executing by looking to various indicators, including statements that are made by Congress or the Executive regarding the treaty, indeterminate language of the treaty, or if the treaty deals with a matter within the exclusive law-making power of Congress, indicating that Congress must create implementing legislation.

In a footnote in his reply brief, appellant also asserts that he was entitled to a jury trial under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights ("ICCPR"). However, while the United States ratified the ICCPR in 1992, the ICCPR is not self-executing and has not been given effect by congressional legislation. See Bannerman v. Snyder, 325 F.3d 722, 724 (6th Cir. 2003) (stating that the ICCPR is not "judicially enforceable 'law' of the United States"); United States v. Duarte-Acero, 296 F.3d 1277, 1283 (11th Cir. 2002) ("Treaties affect United States law only if they are self-executing or otherwise given effect by congressional legislation."); United States v. Duarte, 208 F.3d 1282, 1284 n.8 (11th Cir. 2000) ("The Senate gave its consent to the ICCPR subject to the following declaration: 'That the United States declares that the provisions of Article 1 through 27 of the Covenant are not self-executing.'") (quoting 138 Cong. Rec. S4781, S4783 (daily ed. Apr. 2, 1992)); Shibeshi v. United States, 920 F. Supp. 2d 105, 107 (D.D.C. 2013) ("The ICCPR is not self-executing, and therefore is not privately enforceable[.]") (quoting Elie v. Holder, 443 F. App'x 635, 638 (2d Cir. 2011)).]

[if u visit his main youtube page [https://www.youtube.com/user/eternallyaware] this is the first one to come up; 'American Russian and Canadian individuals you might want to watch this video'

this is where he explains the ICCPR. I would post Eileen's comment but when I attempt to log on they want email, password and a phone number? No, they ain't getting a phone number which they will probably sell for gain and without giving me my cut of their take]

Re: [A-Y-P-S] Passport application Rowdy Wesley Lavender aprd6289@

Honestly, I can't say for sure how this may work for others, but for myself, this process seems to have created a shield of immunity around me... I never get pulled over and harassed anymore, and the few times I did get pulled over, it was because I purposely baited the rookie officers by disabling my headlight, brake light or tag light - to which I showed them I had the tools and materials in my front seat to repair the light and was on my way to do it now... and, within seconds of realizing my status, the officers literally ran back to my vehicle, apologized for the inconvenience, and wished me a nice day.

Furthermore, it has created a new friendship with law enforcement, and in fact, the local Sheriff himself, Sheriff Blackman, called me and acknowledged my status, thanked me for not abusing my status or harassing his officers - this is because I never file complaints, I only file thank you letters and letters of compliment - and further thanked me for being a peaceful man and realizing

if I'm in a crash with life threatening injuries, cops and first responders will jump in and save my life, no matter who I am, and that's the side I choose to focus on.

Otherwise, my vehicle is equipped with hidden cameras to hold accountable any crooked cop who grossly violates my rights!

[tell them they are live and on the air anyway camera or not]

Basically, what I'm saying is this... Immunity is not an excuse to be an asshole and break the law. Building a good, strong, respectful relationship with law enforcement in your local community will go a very long way in granting your status and immunity.

Be peaceful, respectful, and follow the laws and rules, be accountable for your actions, but be knowledgeable and prepared to hold accountable anyone who may violate your rights.

That's all. Good Karma!! :-))
